Doors open and silent auction opens.

Chili and BBQ contestants must drop off their dish by 5:15 pm at the latest. Dishes dropped off after 5:15 pm will not be submitted for judging. 

6:00 pm

Dinner is served!

7:15 pm

Live auction starts. 

8:00 pm

Check out begins. Check out will only take place after the live auction is complete. 

9:00 pm
