What is Roundup?
Cherry Valley Elementary is a very unique elementary school in Douglas County with students from rural Douglas, El Paso, and Elbert counties. While many schools have hundreds of students, our school
has around 30 K-6 students. CVE PTO provides supplemental financial support for offering exciting
and innovative learning experiences for the kids like our agriculture program, classroom supplies,
curriculum materials, school technology, activity scholarships for students, assemblies, and more.
Our PTO’s purpose is to be able to provide items the school needs, but doesn’t have the budget for
and to provide community events so that our community is strengthened. Our goal is to inspire the
leader within every child.
We have our only fundraiser of this school year, a community Round Up dinner and auction, on
October 25, 2025. We were hoping that you might be interested in donating a gift certificate/basket
for this event.
All funds received from the auction will be used by the PTO to fulfill needs within CVE such as
technology for staff and students, library books, outdoor equipment, and classroom/schools needs
that cannot be covered by the limited school budget which is a fixed amount from the district.
The auction will be live, silent, and online. Each auction item will be listed within the bidding app with
a picture and description of the item, along with who donated it and the contact information about
you and your Company.
If you would like to contribute an item to our auction or learn more about donating please contact us at cherryvalleyelempto@gmail.com
